After the Trevino Egg Cracking we followed it up with the Blackburn Egg Rolling. This is the first year that Enrique has rolled eggs with us. We had fun and everybody knows how competitive my husband can be, so he made sure that he won enough times. Ethan put up a good fight although many times Ethan would just throw them down the hill. Ethan had more fun runnning up and down the hill to get the eggs and start again.
Katelee and Aunt Anna rolling eggs. Katelee didn't like it too much, maybe next year.
More egg rolling.
Ready, Set, Roll!!!!!

Katelee kind of joining in on the fun!!
Ethan and Aunt Anna playing.

Easter 2009

Easter started this year with the Annual Trevino Egg Celebration. For those of you that know this tradition, here you go. We take all year and save eggs and hollow them out. Then we decorate the eggs like usual however we then fill them with either flour or confetti. Now, one would think that you could definately tell the difference when you pick one up with flour, however you can not. So, we go hide the eggs and then we go find and gather eggs; while gathering we crack them on each other's heads. We don't know if they will have flour or confetti, it is a surprise to all. I think that the adults have more fun doing this activity than the kids do. Although the kids love it too!! We are really nice and we give the kids a 30 second head start, how nice of us!?!?!? This activity really brings out the kid in all of us.
Sierra getting Lori with a flour egg.
Christian getting Uncle Ricky. Enrique went after someone with one of his first eggs and in the process dumped his bag of eggs, which were quickly swiped by another (he recovered some of them).
Chirstian had just gotten Aunt Anna -- I don't know why it looks like I can't run, I didn't fall even though that is what it looks like!!!!

Henry getting in on the fun!!

Enrique 34 and still a kid at heart!!!!

Enrique turned 34 on March 18, 2009. For his party he decided on a Bounce House and two Pinatas (one for the kids and one for the adults).
By the end of the day Maddy decided that she liked the Bounce House, she was not too fond of it when it was full of CRAZY kids, well and Enrique.

Maddy also loves the swing set.

Marisa joined in on the fun in the Bounce House.

Enrique gave up chocolate for Lent, so his favorite German Chocolate Cake was out of the question. He decided on Pumpkin Pie (which his loving wife made for him, her first time for pumpkin pie).
Ethan posing with one of his toys from the pinata. Notice the pirate earring on his left ear.

Enrique picked some really big pinatas, so there was TONS of candy and such that fell.

Tayler taking her swings. It took like 4 rounds of the kids to break their pinata. Enrique broke the adult one in one swing -- so we will have to do an adult one later too!! All the adults were standing in line and pretty upset that they didn't even get to try.

Christian with his chance.

Sierra taking her swings.

Paige with her chance. This swing looks like she put her heart and soul into it -- sign her up for softball mom!!!!

Rayne with her shot.
Ethan was always ready for his turn -- he LOVED the pinata!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoying dinner, some of us are kind of crazy -- I can't believe it is actually not me!!!!

The footstool is where Roswell sits and barks out the front window. Etahn was standing there with him looking out the window and barking like Roswell -- it was hilarious!!!!!!!!
Everybody loving the swing.
More bouncing fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that the adults have more fun in the bounce house than the kids do!!!!

Katelee already LOVES to be at Aunt Anna's house!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ethan practicing the drums for Rock Band. What you don't see is that he has the foot pedal out and everything using it!! What a pro!!!!!!! He is probably better than me.

RECORD BREAKER

This is me with Senior National Sales Director Rebbecca Evans

This is Carol Fehr, my recruiter and Sales Director that came in from San Diego just for the event.

So, I have really started to kick off my Mary Kay business again. I decided to go for the record breaker for our unit of number of facials done in a 30 day time period. That time period ended and I did 56 faces in thirty days and now hold the record for our unit in Mary Kay. As always, not only did I make money (and good money at that) I also got rewarded VERY well by Carol, my director and Rebbecca our Senior National Sales Director. I was also crowned for being the Queen of Sales for the week with $913.00 in sales. I was also crowned the Queen of Retail Sales for the whole month of February with $1800.00. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, any of you that are intersted, call me let's do a party -- it will be fun!!! We can even do an online party -- let's talk, 702-682-3497.

Happy Birthday Steffan

Tonight we celebrated Steffan's birthday with enchiladas for dinner and german chocolate cake for dessert. Then when Steffan opened presents we found out that the DVD we gave him for his birthday was not in the case, so we had to venture back to Wal-Mart to get another one. Sierra took most of these pictures, what an aspiring artist!!!

Laugh your butt off

We went with Hilary and Chris to the Jon Reep show on Friday 02/20/09.
We laughed and laughed and lauged!! First we had dinner at a mexican restaurant in the South Point then we went to the show.

Hilary had my camera and accidently took a picture and she
did not want to waste it, so she tried to pose -- she didn't think
about it being digital so that we could erase it. HeHeHe!!!
Jon Reep signing stuff for us after the show.

Snow Day

All the kids on the massage chair,
Ethan's pants were being dried.
What a ladies man!!!! This chair is Maddy
and Ethan's FAVORITE toy at Aunt Anna
and Uncle Ricky's house!!!

The big kids playing.

Taking aim at the camera
lady, how rude!!!

Ethan getting us all too!!!!

Maddy joining the fun
We could not get this one to
warm up inside, he was having
way too much fun.

So, our plan is that once a month we will all get together and go do something fun around the Vegas area. So, for February we planned to go to Mt. Charleston and play in the snow, then we would come back to our house (since it wouldn't be a long drive) and have chili cook off. Well, President's Day was when we planned it and it was supposed to rain really bad, so our cars would not all make it up the mountain. So, we compromised the guys (and Ethan) all went up to the mountains and loaded Matt's truck with snow and brought it back and we put it in our front yard and played. As always, I think that the adults might have had more fun than the kids. Although we could not keep Ethan out of the snow and he didn't have gloves, so we had to keep brining him in so that we could warm his hands. We had a blast!!!!! We'll see what we do in March.
